Do you have any vacancies?
It is best to call and see. Vacancies can change from day to day but we usually have a waiting list we
use.

How long is your waiting list?
The waiting list can change all the time. Sometimes when we go off the waiting list the person called
may no longer be interested or have already moved.

Does rent include utilities?
The apartments pay for water & garbage, the tenant is responsible for electric, phone and cable service.

Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed if under 20 pounds and a pet agreement has been signed and a deposit equal to one
months rent paid.

Can I have guests?
Yes, but the office must be notified of any guest that plans to stay more than 72 hours.

What are the rental requirements?
All tenants must meet the income requirements set by tax credit. A credit check will be required. You
should contact the manager for more information.

What are the office hours?
The rental office is open Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Do you have model units?
We don't have model units to show at this time, but we will be glad to show you a vacant unit if it is
available. Meanwhile, we offer picture tour of our units. Just simply click on one of the links bellow.
