Avoid Late Fees
Pay your rent on time. Your rent is due on the 1st
of each month. On the 5th rent is late!
Place Your Work Orders
Please notify the office if there something needs
to be done in your unit. It is important to keep
your unit in safe and sanitary condition.
After Hours Maintenance Emergency Number
(916) 613-8900
Please use this number ONLY for maintenance
emergencies. Tenant must provide the unit
number and the nature of the emergency when
leaving a message. Please speak clearly. There is
$50.00 fine for non-emergency calls.
Holidays
Please keep in mind that your rental office is
closed for all major holidays.
